A Harker Heights woman is in Bell County Jail after she is accused of stabbing her boyfriend during an altercation.

According to Harker Heights Police Chief Mike Gentry, the incident occurred about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday night at a home in the 900 block of Crymes Lane. Harker Heights officers went to the home for a disturbance call involving 25-year-old Cheyenne Prettyflower Todd Warner and her 37-year-old boyfriend.

When they arrived they found that the disturbance had escalated, and that Warner's boyfriend had been stabbed  in the back with a knife. He was transported to a hospital for treatment, and Warner was arrested.

She has been charged with aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury, and her bond set at $100,000 .
