A registered sex offender wanted for an indecent exposure incident at a local Walmart has been arrested.
The incident occurred on February 11 at 4:42 a.m. in the parking lot of the Walmart on Franklin Ave. A woman and her daughter were coming out of the store and noticed Victor Jerome Gore in a Chevy Blazer totally naked and playing with a sex toy.
They called police and when officers arrived, the Gore was still there. As officers approached the vehicle, he sped off. Officers gave chase, but later broke off the pursuit.
Police were able to determine that the plates on the vehicle belonged to a registered sex offender. Police obtained an arrest warrant for Gore, and arrest him in the 2300 block of Baylor Ave.
