Waco police are currently investigating a robbery that occurred Friday morning. The incident occurred in the 3100 block of Pine Ave just before noon.
Police say the female victim was punched in the stomach by the suspect and had her purse stolen. The suspect then fled the scene going south on 33rd St.
The suspect was last seen wearing a blue hooded-sweatshirt and black shorts. No arrests have been made.
