WACO -
An 80-year-old Waco man was ejected from a pickup truck after an accident occurred at the corner of Waco Dr. and Valley Mills Dr. Wednesday night.
Around 9:40 p.m. passenger Bernard Ellis was riding in the pickup truck on Valley Mills Dr. The vehicle was hit on the passenger side by a Cadillac CTS that was traveling northbound on Valley Mills Dr.
The truck was pushed against the concrete island and rolled once. Ellis was ejected from the vehicle and suffered serious head and neck injuries.
He was rushed to Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center, and critical condition.
