FORT HOOD -
By Ann Harder
ABC News has obtained new video of the moments after the November 9, 2009 shooting at Fort Hood. ABC News Chief Investigative Correspondent Brian Ross spoke with survivors of the shooting who are suing the military over its designation of the bloodshed as "workplace violence".
News Channel 25's Ann Harder spoke with Ross who said the depth of anger and sense of betrayal from the people who were injured that day surprised him. He went on to say Sgt. Kimberly Munley, the Fort Hood police sergeant who was wounded that day, feels used by the Obama Administration. "She feels she was used as a prop when she was at the State of the Union address three years ago." He added she feels, "the administration has gone back on a promise and many of the victims have been neglected."
Ross did not say who took the graphic video of the shooting aftermath. But he said that person and the other survivors feel it is important the video be seen by the public to demonstrate and to catch the chaos and terror of that day.
