Local woman accused of stealing from grandfather

MCLENNAN COUNTY -

A McLennan County woman has been arrested after she is accused of stealing from her own grandfather.

Meagan Anaise Keel was arrested by members of the US Marshals Task Force on warrants obtained by McLennan County Sheriff's deputies.

Police were notified by Keel's grandfather that two rings worth over $1,500 were taken from his home. Keel's boyfriend was arrested Jan 21st and both suspects have been charged with theft from the elderly.
