Authorities seize $32,000 worth of drugs and paraphernalia

Temple police and U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration agents seized nearly $32,000 worth of drugs and paraphernalia. Authorities conducted a federal narcotics search at the Smoke Bazaar on the 400 block of Van Dyke Drive Friday at noon.

During the search, agents found and seized 299 packages of synthetic marijuana. The drugs had an estimated retail value of $11,975. 

Agents also seized all the paraphernalia in the shop that could be used to ingest the synthetic marijuana. The estimated retail value of the seized paraphernalia had a value of over $20,000. 

No arrests were made at the scene and the case has been referred to the United States Attorney in Waco.
