WACO -
An 18-year-old Waco man has been charged with sexual assault of a child after investigators say he had sex with a 14-year-old in the restroom of a local mall.
Court papers say 18-year-old Jose Ariel Zuniga knew the age of the victim because she was in the same grade as his younger brother.
He is accused of taking her into the family restroom at the mall and locking the door.
Police had obtained a warrant following their investigation and found Zuniga early Friday morning. He is being held in lieu of $25,000 bond.
