LAMPASAS COUNTY -

Two more people have been arrested for a deadly shooting in Lampasas County that happened early Sunday morning. 27-year-old Donnely Frank Richey and 38-year-old Jason Lee Martell have been arrested and charged with murder. Both men are currently being held in Lampasas County Jail.

Investigators believe they have arrested all four men responsible for the death of 43-year-old Curtis Lee Shed. Along with Richey and Martell, 22-year-old Bobby Ray Stratton and 30-year-old Frank James Muns were already arrested on Sunday.

Deputies say Muns had a gunshot wound and was transported to Scott & White Hospital for treatment. Stratton was placed in Lampasas County Jail and charged with murder for his involvement in the death of Shed. Charges were pending for Muns.

On Sunday, the Lampasas County Sheriff's Office received a call about a man who had been shot in Lampasas County on Country Road 3300.

Deputies went to the scene of the shooting at a location on County Road 3300, and found evidence of multiple gunshots.

Investigators then visited the Twin Oaks RV Park on U.S. 190 East where the dead body had been moved. Authorities found Shed in the back seat of a Chevrolet Malibu sedan. The victim had apparent gunshot wounds, and the vehicle he was in also appeared to have evidence of gunshot damage too.

Shed's body was sent to the Dallas Medical Examiner for autopsy, and the vehicle has been sent to the Texas Department of Public Safety Crime Lab in Austin for forensic processing.
