HOUSTON (AP) - Two men charged after a dispute at a Houston-area community college led to three people shot face court appearances.
Harris County Jail records show 22-year-olds Carlton Berry and Trey Foster are scheduled to be in court Monday.
Both are charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the Jan. 22 gunfire at a Lone Star College campus. Berry was wounded in the attack and was arrested shortly after the gunfire that led to a campus-wide lockdown.
Investigators believe the incident happened after someone bumped into Foster, he became upset and allegedly opened fire. Foster was captured Friday in Plano and a gun was recovered. Foster is also charged with resisting arrest.
Also shot was 25-year-old Jody Neal, who allegedly bumped Foster. A nearby maintenance man was wounded.
