Aggie Senior Linebacker Sean Porter to Play in Senior Bowl

AGGIE SENIOR LINEBACKER SEAN PORTER TO PLAY IN SENIOR BOWL

MOBILE, AL-Texas A&M senior linebacker Sean Porter, from Schertz, TX, will wear his familiar jersey No. 10 for the South squad in the 2013 Senior Bowl. The game kicks off Saturday, Jan. 26 at 3 p.m. on the NFL Network from Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Alabama.

Aggie senior wide receiver Ryan Swope, from Austin, TX, was selected for the all-star game but will not play due to an injury.

There is an Aggie connection across the field on the North squad. The Oakland Raiders coaching staff with head coach Dennis Allen leading the way will head up the North team. Allen was a four-year Aggie football letterman (1992-95) and got his coaching start as a graduate assistant on Coach R.C. Slocum's Texas A&M staff.
