TEMPLE -

A Temple teen, who was 16-years-old at the time of a 2012 murder, has been certified to stand trial as an adult. Cedric Lilly has since turned 17-years-old and has been transferred from the juvenile facility to the Bell County Jail.

On November 9 Temple police responded to a call in the 400 block of South 32nd Street.
They found a man dead inside a home at that location. It appeared that he had been shot several times.

Fire and rescue workers performed CPR on the victim, but were unsuccessful. The deceased victim was identified as Michael Lamar Green.

Lilly had been held in the juvenile facility since the day after the shooting until now.
