BUFFALO -
An early morning fatal accident shut down traffic on Interstate 45 in Buffalo on Wednesday. Two vehicle wreck involved a black Ford pickup and an 18-wheeler.
The pickup ended up in the southbound lane and a body was covered in the traffic lanes of the southbound side. The 18-wheeler was also in the southbound lane and appeared to have crossed over the cables into the northbound lane.
Traffic was stopped in both lanes until about 9 a.m.
