
ATHENS, Ga. (AP) - Courtney Walker scored 12 points to lead a strong perimeter game by No. 20 Texas A&M in its 64-46 win over No. 13 Georgia on Sunday night.
Kelsey Bone, the Southeastern Conference's leading scorer and rebounder, saw her streak of 5 straight double-doubles for Texas A&M (14-5, 4-1) come to an end as she had 10 points and eight rebounds. She spent long stretches on the bench with foul trouble.
But the Aggies hit 51% (26 of 51) from the field and made 5 of 10 3-pointers.
Jasmine Hassell scored nine points to lead Georgia (16-3, 4-2), which shot 29.1% (16 of 55), including 1 of 6 3-pointers.
Texas A&M pulled away in the last 11:27 before halftime. The Lady Bulldogs trailed 11-10 after Jasmine Jones' short jumper, but the Aggies responded with a 13-0 run and outscored Georgia 28-6 over the remainder of the half.
