Local businessman arrested a second time on drug charges.

A Bosqueville man already being investigated after a body was found in his home this week is now facing separate drug charges.

McLennan County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Matt Cawthon told News Channel 25 deputies went to David Sirbasku's home on Rock Creek Road Friday night around 10 p.m. after a family member called in a complaint for criminal trespassing.

They found Sirbasku and two women on the back patio of that home with methamphetamine. Heroin was also found in the women's car and it was seized.

All three were arrested and taken to the McLennan County jail. As Sirbasku was being booked in, he removed a temporary cast from his leg and more drugs were discovered, so he also faced another felony charge of possession of a controlled substance in a correctional facility.

Sirbasku eventually posted a $9,000 bond to get out of jail around lunch time on Saturday.

Last Saturday, about 1 a.m. deputies found the body of 28-year-old Lauren Darby in a bathtub at Sirbasku's home. Her head and upper body were submerged and her legs hangout outside the tub. Investigators found drug paraphernalia near the body.

That sparked a search warrant that was executed, Tuesday morning, by McLennan County Sheriff Office's new organized crime unit. They found meth, heroin and black tar heroin in the home and arrested the 48-year old for drug possession.

Sirbasku is now facing a laundry list of felony charges related to drug possession, but no charges in the death of Darby. Authorities are still waiting for autopsy results on Darby.
