A man who has been on the run since 2007 was arrested on Monday.
A DPS trooper pulled over Jose Lucio on a traffic stop early Monday morning on southbound Interstate-35 near Lacy Lakeview, just north of Waco.
There were two active warrants for Lucio's arrest out of Ft. Worth. The warrants dated back to 2007 when Lucio was accused of sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl.
