COPPERAS COVE -
A Copperas Cove man has been arrested for abusing a woman on numerous occasions. Michael Lahue has been detained and charged with continuous violence against the family.
The victim told police she had been assaulted by Lahue as she attempted to recover her cell phone that he had confiscated from her previously. The victim added that Lahue also threw her onto a bed by grabbing her around the neck on several occasions which caused bruising to her neck and rib area.
An officer on the scene noticed visible bruising. Police have not released the relation of the victim and the suspect.
