A Fort Hood solider has been arrested by Killeen police for indecency with a child by sexual conduct. The victim was a 12-year-old girl who made an outcry at her school.
Killeen police were contacted and conducted their own investigation. They obtained a warrant for the arrest of Jason William Ausburn.
Ausburn turned himself in to authorities and remains in the Bell County Jail.
