Two Waco men try to evade arrest after they were spotted attempting to steal items from Baylor's football stadium. Adrian Perez and Johnathan Jerad Sanchez were arrested and charged with burglary and evading arrest for the incident that occurred Monday night.
Baylor police responded to an alarm that had been tripped at Floyd Casey Stadium at 10:25 p.m. Christmas Eve. Officers from Baylor Police and Beverly Hills Police found Perez and Sanchez in the stadium.
Police believe the two had been trying to enter various parts of the stadium before finally getting in. Authorities also found two televisions that had been removed and were stacked in a stairwell.
When officers spotted the suspects, the two men attempted to flee on foot and climbed to the upper level of the stadium. The suspects were cornered by officers and taken into custody.
