A Waco man accused of sexually assaulting a child was arrested on two felony warrants by U.S. Border Patrol agents in south Texas.
A spokeswoman for the Waco Police Department said U.S. Border Patrol agents arrested Danny Xavier Reynoso, 21, sometime Monday in Laredo.
Reynoso is charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault and Indecency with a Child. The spokeswoman said the charges stemmed from an incident that happened July 1, 2012 at a home in the 3800 block of Charlton in Waco.
Reynoso was transported to the Webb County Jail on Monday.
In February of 2009, Reynoso was arrested in Waco and charged with aggravated robbery after he was caught breaking into a car. When a man confronted him, police say Reynoso pulled a knife and threatened the man. He was later identified in a photo line-up and was arrested.
