A Waco man accused of sexually assaulting a child remains in jail on a $3 million bond.
Jesus Ricario, 25, was being held Monday at the McLennan County Jail. He faces three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
A spokeswoman for the Waco Police Department said Ricario's alleged victim was a 12 year-old girl. Police said the abuse took place on Nov. 6 at a home in the 1500 block of South 9th Street.
The spokeswoman said the young girl made an outcry to an adult who later contacted police.
After an investigation by Waco Police, Ricario was arrested on three felony warrants on Friday night. He was booked in to the McLennan County Jail around 12:30 a.m. Saturday.
