Sex offender sentenced for child porn charges

WACO -

A Hill County man has been sentenced on federal child pornography charges. Michael Allen Manske was arrested in June after he was caught peeping at a 10-year-old boy in a Texas Motor Speedway restroom.

The father of the child confronted Manske. The suspect fled until Fort Worth Police later caught him and detained him for Disorderly Conduct.

Manske later told investigators that he was a registered sex offender, and had just been released for indecent exposure.

Investigators later found out that several other similar incidents occurred at the Texas Motor Speedway, Southlake football stadium, Baylor Stadium, Coppell High School stadium, University of Texas at Arlington football stadium, and Rangers Ballpark in Arlington.

Police found a massive collection of graphic child pornography on Manske's laptop and cell phone.

Manske has been sentenced to two years in prison, followed by ten years supervised release. He also faces a $1,500 fine.
