KILLEEN -
Police arrest a Killeen man at his home after stealing a female's purse Friday afternoon.
The incident occurred near Highway 195 and Elms Rd. at 12:15 p.m. Donte Javon Samuels stole a purse from a female and injured her in the process.
The victim chased Samuels, and witnesses say they saw the suspect run into an apartment in the 3700 block of Hereford Ln. Police arrested Samuels, charged him with robbery, and he is now in Bell County Jail on $100,000 bond.
