A 60-year-old Waco man is arrested on sexual assault charges following an incident that occurred Wednesday night.
Police were called to a west Waco apartment at about 11 p.m. when a neighbor reported a disturbance. The female victim was transported to a local hospital.
The suspect, Dennis Keith Padgett, has been charged with sexual assault and was transported to McLennan County Jail.
