An Waco inmate is being charged with exposing himself to female jail employees multiple times. 22-year-old Damian Eugene Warner has been in jail since January 17 for an aggravated assault charge in Waco.
Warner turned himself into police after he was accused of assaulting a home health care worker who was caring for his mother. The incident occurred December 21 in a home in the 1300 block of East Clay St.
Police say Warner was angry at his mother and took it out on her care giver. He beat the woman until his 69-year-old mother intervened.
