Killeen police arrested a fort hood soldier after helping her down from a roof. Courtney Allen is facing burglary charges after allegedly stealing from the Smoke Shop at 903 West Rancier.
Officers went to the business Sunday morning, a little before four, after the burglar alarm went off. They noticed a vent open on the roof and could tell someone was up there.
Allen laid flat on the roof for awhile, but eventually stood up and waved at the officers, who had to help her down.
