MARLIN -
A phone call from an inmate put another Central Texas school on lock-down Monday afternoon.
Authorities say an inmate in a West Texas jail called in a bomb threat to Marlin Elementary school about 2 p.m.Those students were evacuated to the high school campus, accounted for and then released to parents.
No bomb was found and the school was cleared at about 4:30 p.m.
Constable Johnathan Shoemaker said he arrested a Marlin school teacher for interfering with public duties when she refused to stay outside a search perimeter during the threat.
