An accused child molester has been arrested and is in jail thanks in part to a student advocate. Brandon Kelley was arrested on Wednesday, and charged with sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 16.
The female victim first went to an advocate at her school to report the incident. Then Temple police got a report about the assault in October when they were told about the incident by the student advocate.
