WACO -
Two suspects are arrested after they burglarized a vehicle and then set it on fire at 1200 N. Valley Mills Drive Tuesday night at 10:27 p.m. Waco Police have charged Jack McCarter IV and Tarrie Lynn Byrom for one count of Arson and four counts of Burglaries of Motor Vehicle.
Police also received calls about burglaries that occurred at 816 N. Valley Mills, 4601 Hodde, 641 Ruby, and 2004 N. Valley Mills. When police were investigating the burglaries, two suspects were seen in the area with property from the burglary that occurred at 4601 Hodde.
Police were lead on a foot chase by the two suspects, but were able to arrest 29-year-old McCarter IV and 27-year-old Byrom. Authorities found them in possession of property stolen from the various burglaries reported.
Byrom was wanted out of Coryell County Sheriff Office for additional Burglaries of Motor Vehicles and Surety Off Bond warrants.
