TEMPLE -
A Temple man has been arrested after police received two separate domestic disturbance calls during the weekend. Brett Lee Howe is accused of striking and strangling the victim on Saturday and Sunday.
Saturday, officers met with the victim at a residence on the 2400 block of Hancock Drive. The victim told police they were hit on head and kicked by the suspect.
The victim then called the authorities on Sunday after Howe had assaulted the victim by placing his hands around the victim's neck depriving the victim the ability to breath.
Officers then arrested Howe on Sunday without incident, and charged him with Assault Bodily Injury, Strangulation, Assault Bodily Injury Family Violence.
