An 18-year-old man has been arrested and charged of harboring a runaway and sexual assaulting her.
Alex Alexander was confronted by police about a young girl that was reported missing. He denied he had seen her until police later discovered the girl inside his home.
An officer tried to make an arrest, but Alexander resisted.
