KILLEEN -
Police are searching for a man who robbed a local credit union in Killeen on Tuesday morning. The man walked into the Heart O' Texas Federal Credit Union at 10:53 a.m. and demanded money from the teller.
The suspect then fled on foot toward a residential area. The suspect is being described as a white male who was last seen wearing a beige hat, jeans and a beige flannel type shirt with red stripes. He was armed with a small caliber handgun.
Bell County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information that leads to the arrest of the person responsible for the crime.
