On November 22, Likewise Skincare releases a statement on handling dry, irritated skin in honor of National Healthy Skin Month.

November has been declared National Healthy Skin Month by The American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) “in order to raise awareness about the importance of keeping skin fresh, hydrated and healthy all year round.”

“November is the perfect time to be thinking about dry irritated skin,” said Likewise Skincare Representative Lisa Shariat. “People should really be using moisturizers all year round in order to protect their skin, but this becomes even more important in the winter. And, once December rolls around, the damage might already be done if you’re unprepared. So, you really need to start planning before the snow starts falling and the air goes dry.
