WACO -
A man is arrested for assaulting his 14-year-old step-daughter in mid-July. Michael David Lewis was involved in an argument with his common-law-wife when his step-daughter came in the room asking why he was screaming at her mother.
Lewis then turned and started screaming at his step-daughter and head butted her in the face causing an injury over her left eye. Lewis left the residence before officers arrived.
Lewis has been arrested and has been charged with Injury to a Child.
