WACO -
A 25-year-old Waco man was arrested and charged with retaliating against a potential witness in his brother's capital murder trial.
Tyrece Edward Richards, also known as "Anthony" Richards, was in Williamson County Jail in Georgetown on Monday. He was charged with retaliation and various weapons and misrepresentation charges. His bond was set at $583,000, and jail records did not list an attorney.
Richards' brother, Rickey Cummings, was sentenced to death earlier this month in the shooting deaths of two people. Richards has been wanted since June for alleged retaliation.
Before the trial, two women associated with Cummings were charged with retaliating against a witness. During the trial, a relative was arrested on a charge of witness tampering.
