A&M Selected For Two ‘SEC Game of the Week' Appearances
The Aggies will play in a pair of ESPNU's Thursday night games showcasing the nation's premier baseball league. Texas A&M travels to South Carolina on March 28 and hosts LSU on May 9.
COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Texas A&M will appear twice as a part of ESPNU'S Thursday Night SEC Baseball Game of the Week programming, as announced by the league office and ESPN on Wednesday afternoon.
The Aggies will open the league package traveling to play South Carolina on Thursday, Mar. 28 with first pitch set for 6:30 p.m. Later in the season, Texas A&M will host LSU in an 8 p.m. game at Blue Bell Park on Thursday, May 9.
Texas A&M is one of four teams selected to be featured multiple times during the eight-week stretch. The other teams include Florida, LSU and South Carolina who were also selected for two games.

SEC baseball series are played with single games on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. For series involved in this package, the first game will be played on Thursday with games on Friday and Saturday. This will involve just one series per week. During the final weekend of the season, all conference games are Thursday through Saturday.
Overall, ESPN will provide coverage of more than 150 regular-season and championship games across ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU and ESPN3, concluding with extensive action of the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship and the entire College World Series. Additional games are to be announced.
