Four people have been arrested for suspected involvement in the murder of Llael Garcia-Rodriguez, 31, on October 12.
After an investigation, Bell County Sheriff's Office, with the assistance of San Antonio police, Killeen police, and the Department of Public Safety, arrested four suspects and charged one with murder and three others with Tampering Physical Evidence.
24-year-old Anthony McKoy was charged with murder with no bond set at this time, and Toriano Thomas, Katrina S. Jackson and Jessabel S. Lucas were arrested for Tampering Physical Evidence and have their bond set at $60,000.
Garcia's body was found by a motorist near FM 1670 about half a mile south of the Stillhouse Dam. A day later the Southwest Institute of Forensic Science in Dallas claimed the cause of death was due to stab wounds.
