WACO -
The Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission is investigating a local bar after law enforcement found the manager of the bar and restaurant inebriated.
Police received a complaint about loud music at Metro Bar and Restaurant on Austin Ave Sunday night. When police talked to the manager, Adam Imeri, about the noise complaint they noticed that he appeared to be inebriated.
Under Texas law, an owner or employee of an establishment that sells alcohol isn't allowed to be intoxicated while working. TABC may take further action after the investigation.
