The clean up of a collision involving three semis on Interstate 35 between Bruceville Eddy and Lorena is estimated to take at least two hours. The collision has affected all the northbound lanes and traffic has been divert for the time being.
Two of the trucks have overturned, and officials say the expected time to have the road clear is in two hours. Traffic is being routed onto the access road at exit 318, and is backed up for more than two miles past FM 107 in Bruceville-Eddy.
Southbound traffic is also slowed from the same point for about a mile and a half past Woodlawn Rd., although no wreck has been reported on that side.
In a related story, an RV pulling a car reportedly ran off the road south of the truck wreck on the northbound side of Interstate 35 and crashed.
