FORT WORTH - Be a happy person. That's the key advice from television's "The Doctors" Plastic Surgeon Dr. Andrew Ordon.
He and his three co-hosts Dr. Travis Stork, Dr. Jim Sears, and Dr. Lisa Masterson were in North Texas recently for a personal appearance. He told News Channel 25's Ann Harder they have fun with each other on the syndicated show, and he's laughed to the point of crying.
He says, "I think that's healthy for people. It makes them more open to talk to their doctors and makes our show more entertaining."
As for his advice on being happy, that involves how we deal with stress which he calls a "killer." He says, "learning how to manage stress will lead to making better choices and living a healthier life."
