An 18-year-old Waco man has been charged by police for indecency with a child after he is accused of exposing himself to a young girl.
Waco Police began their investigation that led to the arrest of Brandon Rashon Reliford earlier this year. The initial offense is believed to have occurred at a North Waco home in March.
The victim was a ten-year-old girl who accused Reliford of exposing himself to her through his window.
