WACO - Waco police have arrested the man who was seen attempting to break into the Gross Yowell Lumber Company at 3700 Franklin Ave on April 12.
Police stated at the time that they found broken glass at the location and saw a man walking away. Officials made no immediate connection of the man to the break in, but found a picture of him after observing the security camera footage.
Police posted the picture on the Neighborhood Police Facebook page and received numerous responses from viewers that helped authorities identify the suspect. Later into the investigation police obtained an arrest warrant for Angel Rivera, and detained him.
