COLLEGE STATION- Three Texas men are in jail for kidnapping a local man on Saturday morning, College Station Police said.
Officers received information shortly after 1:00 a.m. that the trio had forced a man into a blue Dodge Charger by threatening to shoot him near Holleman West and F.M. 2818. A witness thought they were heading to Longmire Dr. and Deacon Dr., but further investigation determined they were on their way to Houston.
With the help of the Department of Public Safety and local police, authorities found the three men and the victim in Navasota. The victim was unhurt, but police say the suspects threatened his life with a weapon.
Police arrested 29-year-old Ricky Lawrence Jingles of Hempstead, 26-year-old Michael James Perry of Houston and 30-year-old Johnarl Lester Gordon of Houston, all for aggravated kidnapping with a deadly weapon, a first-degree felony. Perry is also facing one count of unlawful possession of a firearm, a third-degree felony.
