Afternoon Car Jacker Arrested In McGregor

WOODWAY - Police were alerted to a car jacking at 7100 Delhi Rd. in Woodway Friday afternoon. A witness who saw the car jacking, whom the suspect, Terrell Schnaufer, also tried to car jack, followed the suspect on Interstate 84.

The witness called police and maintained communication with the dispatcher until Woodway officers apprehended Schnaufer and the vehicle just east of McGregor.

Schnaufer was taken into custody and the case is currently under investigation.
