WACO - A local man who was already serving time in state prison on drug and weapons charges was back in the McLennan County Jail on Thursday for a crime he was accused of four years ago.
Gregory Sean Craft was charged with two counts of indecency with a child by contact for an incident in 2008. The two alleged victims were 9 and 12-year-old boys.
The current District Attorney's office said the case sat idle for seven months, but it was then reassigned to another prosecutor, who then sent it back to police.
Craft was indicted in February, and is now in jail for the child sex crimes.
