CALIFORNIA - A Fort Hood soldier who was wanted for killing a Killeen woman in August has been arrested and is in jail in California on Thursday.
David Vega had been on the run for nearly a month until officers found him in a motel in Northern California. Vega allegedly stabbed 30-year-old Danielle Acosta-Guerrero to death last month.
He then assaulted her six-year-old son at their home at Haven Dr.
