WACO - A local woman who was already on probation is facing a new charge for a very similar offense.
Dianna Gail Higgins was charged with Theft of Service after renting a ring and a computer from Quality Rentals on N. Valley Mills Dr. in Waco and then not paying for either item.
Higgins was already on deferred adjudication probation for a similar offense from 2008. In addition to an arrest warrant on the new charge, she was also named in a warrant that motioned to adjudicate guilt on the old charge.
