KILLEEN - A 39-year-old Salado woman has been arrested and accused of hitting a pedestrian with her truck and leaving the scene on Saturday.
Ana Laura Govea was charged with Accident Involving Injury-Failure To Stop And Render Aid for an accident that a occurred Saturday around 7:50 a.m. on Stage Coach Rd.
Police were told that a red Ford truck struck a man walking across the street and did not stop. Parts from the vehicle were found at the scene.
Police later arrested Govea when they found her truck and saw a mirror missing.
