WEST - Frontage road traffic on the northbound side of Interstate 35 will be moved onto a newly constructed pavement on Monday evening. The changes will occur at 7:00 p.m.
Changes include the closure of the on-ramp and off-ramp at Wiggins Road, but traffic on the frontage road will remain two-way.
The northbound off-ramp at Tokio Road will be closed for no more than three days while a temporary off-ramp south of the current ramp location will be constructed. Drivers can exit at Tours Road and go north on the frontage road or exit at FM 2114 and go south on the frontage road.
