CAMERON - Rayford Bernard Smith, 48, was arrested Monday in College Station over allegations of continuous sexually abuse of a 14-year-old girl.
Police were informed by the mother of the victim, who was an acquaintance of Smith. It was alleged that Smith had been having a sexual relationship with the girl in college station for about a year, with over 40 incidents.
Smith was placed in Milam County Jail Tuesday in lieu of bond
